Ford Country Sedan 1972
She was bought new by Lucille B. Riley of Thousand Oaks, California. Lucille liked the car so much, she kept it all her life, even as she moved to Ohio to be closer to family. In the 90s, she stopped driving (before passing, aged 91, in 2008). Her son, a local drag racer, wanted to turn the car into a tow car, but never got to it. He sold it to another local racer, who at least did an oil change and inspection in 1998, but then put the car back in storage until in 2014, my friend Craig of Mo-Kan Dragway in Asbury, MO bought the car for me. It still had a "Lucille" tag on the keys, so thats how I called the car. I imported her to Germany and took her with me to Finland in 2022.
The original M-Block has a Howards roller cam, high-compression TMeyer pistons, Australian CHI heads, Edelbrock manifold, Holley Sniper fuel injection, and Hooker Headers. Dyno tuning was done by Kujala Performance.
